Last year, the educational summit commenced in Ahmedabad on April 29th 2010 and concluded at Latur on October 6th 2010. The summit aimed to educate jewellers across India about the integral role that education and training can play in the gems and jewellery industry. It also brought together jewellers, in each city, under one roof in a way that allowed them to interact and exchange ideas outside a strictly business environment.

took special care to be tier-agnostic; the summit swept across cities from Amritsar to Patna to Chennai and efforts were apparent and appreciated. The summit included training program on Leading with Trust and Credibility, World-class Customer Service and Relationships Management followed by several other technical sessions. It was encouraging for the organizing bodies to receive unflinching support from each city not only in the form of participation but also in the various pillars that generously lent a helping hand in each city.
